The Budget Office is responsible for supporting the Executive Vice President and other leadership within the university academic colleges and business units in conducting the university's budget planning process. Select priorities of the Budget Office are summarized as follows:

Ensure consistent execution of the university's budget planning guidelines in the development of the university operating and capital budgets.
Serve as liaison between the Budget Office, the Strategic Resource Allocation Committee, and the college offices and university operational business units in providing budgetary and financial analyses support.
Provide leadership, communicate budget requirements and prepare financial analyses with a goal of providing improved budgetary support services to all constituents.
